STATEMENT
Morzov Productions acknowledges the embedded racism in systems and institutions nationally and globally. It is important to this organization that we name this and express our commitment to our anti-racist values and practices.
We acknowledge the historical and ongoing trauma faced by marginalized communities and individuals in this country and we believe that persistent and consistent action are the only tools towards positive change.
We call to actively eradicate all forms of racism and oppression.
We acknowledge that existing as an organization based in anti-racist values is an on-going process and requires diligence and renewed education on our part.
We seek to continuously audit our own structures and commit to looking within our organization with an anti-racist lens.
We strive to be an inclusive organization and are committed to anti-racist and anti-oppression values in all areas of our work.
You have to act as if it were possible to radically transform the world.
And you have to do it all the time.
